Ramirez RI Recap
Here are some photos from the Ramirez family’s phones during our Rhode Island trip, which only had a few because we were too busy having fun!
Some of Hannah’s favorite phrases of the week were “chicken stuck” (in her teeth), “worm bites” (inexplicable where that came from) “Ice cream Truck” and all day long singing a variety of songs but in particular the “are we there yet?” call and response verse.
Some of Jakes favorites phrases were “Bamboo!!!”, “it’s heavy”, pointing out any and all number 7s or letter Vs, and he really loves checking out fire hydrants and sewer drains on our nightly walks.
Owens favorites were making excuses for why his eyes were bloodshot
Grandma had a long list of mob boss quotes when interacting with the children, such as “so you’re happy, and I’m happy, right?” and “now we’re not going to have any more problem, are we?”, along with the occasional displays of force to remind us all who’s in charge… a few hip checks and elbow swings, and it had Hannah repeating “uh oh, Grandma Pushed” for a few hours, despite apologies having been expressed for the fairly gentle body check she experienced.
Sara’s favorite phrases had something to do with adjusting her air conditioning, reminding us of Jake’s bedtime, and retelling the tale of a fellow beach-goer that was humming / yelling loudly.
Pat and Emma had no repetitive phrases because they’re very normal, low key people 😉😛

Those are some great pictures
